“Decent stay - wold stay again if I the price was cheaper”
I booked last minute, so paid I a lot more than I would have wanted too. There are places out there equally as a nice but cheaper. But staff were super friendly and helpful. “Lovely position for a visit to the city of York”
We enjoyed our trip to York and the hotel was good for accessing all of the city sights. Staff were helpful. Friday and Saturday nights were very noisy from a night club over the river!

“Very nice hotel, but nighttime noise at weekend”
We stayed just for a couple of nights on Friday and Saturday to do some sightseeing in York. We were checked in by a lovely lady, our 4th floor riverside room was ready and we were happy with it. “Food hygiene not good”
Hotel room was good, but food hygiene was terrible and breakfast room was not clean - breakfast buffet did not have much of a choice for a cooked breakfast and a lot of foods where not covered they were open to flys and dust, we even found old cobwebs that had been hanging for a while.
