“Exceeded my expectations - very enjoyable stay”

Honestly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay! Guests at Holiday Inn London-Kensington Forum, An Ihg Hotel say: Honestly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay! Sorry to say, but I thought Holiday Inns were cheaper quality and so I was surprised to find out this one was a 4 star, but thought I'd give it a go. Wow, I was so wrong! It was a lovely hotel, definitely worthy of 4 stars and very comfortable. The room was smallish (but it's London, what do you expect!) but had everything we needed, plus a very comfy bed. The lovely receptionist spotted my 'Baby on board' badge and kindly offered us a room with a bath, which I really appreciated! The pool was also lovely and convenient. Breakfast was a nice surprise! I personally wouldn't pay the one-off cost of £17.95 but if you could have it as a package with the room (like we did), it's very much worth it. A full english buffet, made to order omelettes, a pancake machine, fruit, yoghurt, deli meats and cheese, muffins, pastries, oh basically everything you need! Obviously it's all standard stuff (so no avocodo or smoked salmon) but for a 4 star, it's all that you would expect. We would definitely look for more Holiday Inns in the future!
