“Best Hotel”
Room experience was really good. 1st time in London so hotel staff treated me well. Especially, Sidath he was amazing in explaining the rooms plan and also did give some complimentary stuff. “Service Review”
I am very happy with the service at Montcalm East. The check-in process was fast, and the front desk staff were very helpful in adjusting the room to meet our needs. “Great stay!”
It is a good property and the staff is extremely helpful. TOHED/SHABIR assisted me and was great! I reduced one star as the fitness center is slightly outdated, and some of the equipment needs to be replaced. Rest of the Property is great.
