“Hospitable staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, great location!”
It was even better than I had hoped for, and the staff was friendly and hospitable. Yes, the rooms are small by U.S. standards, but virtually every London hotel room is. “Friendly and good location”
The hotel is close to Paddington station in a quiet neighbourhood. Rooms are small but comfortable except for the bathroom which has its door going inward making it very cramped.

“Great place, but...”
This was my second stay here. Very handy for Paddington station. The reception staff were very welcoming and the room was comfortable. My only issue is with the duvet which was too heavy for me so I didn't sleep particularly well. I would like the option of a lightweight duvet or even just a shee... more
