“Fantastic”

A fantastic stay including a free upgrade and bottle of wine that made it all extra special. Helpful and cheerful staff, great atmosphere and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended.

“The Best”

I felt compelled to write a review, since my wife and I had an amazing experience, overall. Just a couple hiccups at the start. We reserved the Executive Studio, with a city view. I highly recommend doing this, as it’s only a little more money, we got a deal on Priceline and the view was spectacular. Like, really amazing. The room was amazing, basically a two-bedroom studio with a kitchenette. Huge. Two big flat screens, bed was comfortable, even the pull out bed wasn’t bad, very cozy. The amenities were the best. There is a free sauna and steam room, first come first serve. The fitness room was top notch. The restaurant and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The receptionists and concierges had a bit of “I don’t really care about you” kind of vibe. To be fair, we tried to check in at noon, when it clearly states check in is at 3pm. They clearly had to clean our room, especially since it was a very specific room, probably not too many of them. So, don’t come early, not worth trying. Come at 3. There is very little seating for waiting, so we had to fight for a place to sit, after travelling for 14 hours to get there, exhausted. They have a very small lobby, basically none. We just felt the receptionists didn’t care at all, just doing their job. We were on a couples vacation, for our anniversary, so I think I just wanted to be treated a bit better. Normally I don’t care. They have an awesome policy of giving two free bottles of wine or two $10 restaurant vouchers for giving up cleaning services for most of your extended stay. So, two free bottles of wine and they just cleaned the room once during our 5 night stay, which was fine. They also have a texting app, so you can request anything you want, 24/7. That was awesome as well, and they are pretty spot on with getting it done. The location actually is absolutely perfect. You’re right next to the Eye, Big Ben, the Waterloo station, the graffiti tunnel and a short walk to SoHo. I really couldn’t imagine better accommodations or location. Probably the best you can do for the money, especially if you get a good deal. It’s worth it, for sure.

“Excellent experience”

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to London eye, parliament, and even a train station if you want to visit the Warner Bros. Studios to check out the Harry Potter tour. Impeccable rooms, very clean. Excellent customer service. Friendly, professional staff. Would definitely recommend it.
