“Beautiful experience”
Beautiful atmosphere at the Rubens. Very comfortable. Inviting . Staff were exceptional. I will definitely be back. I felt like we were stepping back in time- to a time of elegance and charm. I wish we could have stayed longer. The Rubens is top of my list for London trips.

“Rubens at the Palace is Wonderful!!”
Location, location!! A few minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station, and many beautiful parks. A wonderful in-hotel restaurant with fabulous breakfasts. My daughter and I spent 4 nights there prior to visiting the Lake District and this will be our go to hotel anytime we're in London.... more

“So-So”
My hotel experience was so-so. The biggest issue was the room. The room that we booked was light and airy and called The Royal Mews king view. When we checked in we were told we were upgraded.
