The staff were amazing. It is so helpful and good to advance understanding. I went to French town to find fashion shopping with my friends. The bedroom was nice warming, the bathroom pretty good to thought, breakfast is awesome food for freshly. They all went out of their way to help us have a lovely stay. I cannot be faulted enough with it... The bar was very nice a calming comfort it is! I let you know this happen the lift 3rd one, because I was suddenly stuck at 2 twice times, like a neglect problem with this 3rd one lift. We're a little scared about it happening that 3rd one lift is affected! Could you check this out for fixtures of the lift service at 3rd one, one? I take the stairs, when we going out somewhere to eat p[roper French food at the restaurants. Now, we are good comfort to sleeping feel silent sooo perfectly. The staff is always good to talks and nice for friendly thought. The hotel is perfectly situated for bars and restaurants. I will definitely return again.

First of all to stay for 5nights with my partner. So, I was in the room 821. Lovely room comfort... There was found something to left them bad thing in there... I put gloves on, I pick out from the lamp... That's disgusting dirty lady with black socks in there! The lamp was dusting... Wasn't deep cleaned everywhere properly. The underneath floor bed is full of dust, the drawer under there is dust and all everywhere dust causes effect backover on my throat!... Jeez, how come to test here to every cleaning it is?! We get to prepare things to do. So, there is no Free WiFi in the hotel! There was being choice of charge on the WiFi! That's not nice at all, just pretty disappointed do this create of launched for shows. My daughter was very embarrassed about lack of begin with it. Jeez, how could be my heart-felt to 'elevator death trap' at this?!! Wednesday, take the elevator... 3rd one again and suddenly twice time for heck this little accident crash stops really hard... I press the 6th floor and get out of it. Take the other elevator middle one as normal to go down to the Ground floor... We're startled heartattack from this! I spoke to the staff, there was a 3rd one elevator is being neglect problem between 4th and 3rd floor. When we take an elevator to the Ground floor. So let's start going to the Ground floor... Then... Crash stops level between 4th and 3rd floor... 32seconds restart again down to the Ground floor. Wasn't ok with this elevator... I was told that the elevator needs to be fixtures made improved for owing to safety. Let's move on, I pop to my friend's house tonight. Because is there is no free WiFi at this Britannia Hotel, I no wonder this to come to first time place is no WiFi in whole the rooms, hm?!! :( What a sad to use the internet is create on my lsunched to shedown about Indoor Landmark International of Expositional Private Property Homelands isn't! We're very embarrassed to begin to showdown prepare is failure is! Now, is a shame, that no high-standard business has gone run down, because of lack things of staffs, a poor cleaning room, an elevator 50/50 causing neglect problems and no free WiFi access to the network in the hotel. The free WiFi says the network; "Sorry the network is not available to secure". There was a waste on my charging pay for the network! Absolutely ridiculously about this non-free WiFi for heck is! 😖 We're unpleased about staying at the hotel, no advance, no commands it is... We won't return booked here again and no revamp creates more improvement properly... That's such a shame. Just a sad, hey. 😩
