“Fantastic staff”
Had a lovely stay here. Rooms were lovely and clean. Great choice at breakfast…everyone catered for! The staff were so friendly & so helpful! Zoltan at reception was absolutely fantastic…so welcoming, very knowledgeable & just a lovely person all round!!

“Novotel your friends...”
.. this is a great place to stay. 4 night visit for work in the city. Room was ideal, and quiet too, with a comfy bed which is of course, a plus. “Carmen was great.”
Carmen was great. Was on a delayed train and ended up in the hotel late. She was very welcoming and did a great job at cheering me up. Fantastic. She told me about all the facilities on offer and registered my room key so that I could use them from the get go.

“Zoltan top man”
I had a great experience at the hotel, thanks to Zoltan at reception. He greeted me with a warm smile and was super helpful, giving me the best local tips. Really made my stay special! This demonstrates the value of good customer service. Definitely appreciated.

“Great staff but .......”
Stayed for 2 nights from 26th April....Staff are great and location is brilliant but a few things weren't great 1. The lifts are terrible, waited 7 minutes at one stage for a lift 2. The shower in the bath is an accident waiting to happen, The bath is very high and no rubber bath mat is dangerous... more
