“Great hotel”
We recently had our wedding at number 10 hotel. We had the most amazing day, everything ran smoothly and staff were great. “Does the business”
Can't fault the place. Room was clean, warm and well presented. High quality linen and towels. The interior of the hotel is quite immaculate. Staff were really pleasant and happy to help me with anything. And were there free cookies? You're darn right there were

“OK BUT WOULDNT RETURN FOR AFTERNOON TEA”
Had itison voucher for afternoon tea with friends. Sandwiches and scones nice, although they use squirty cream from a tin! Let down by cakes, really tiny and looked as if had been frozen. Overall ok but have had much nicer afternoon tea elsewhere.

“Average at best”
Very noisy. Lots of hard music at night. The annex room I had does not even have a place to lay down toiletries. Room at the back with staff emptying bottles noisily at all hours. Doors slamming all night. Had many good stays here but its a real roll of the dice to get a decent nights sleep
