Great location, Great hotel, Great staff. We had a 2 night stay here, arrived Friday afternoon checked in (easy and staff helpful), fancied a swim, sauna and steam room to chill out after a long drive then sat in the bar for a few drinks. Unfortunately they don't have air con in the rooms but they did supply me with two fans which I'm truly grateful for, we did ask for a quiet area in the hotel. The rooms are a good size and the bed was good for us, the bathroom sink seemed very low and the bath was not very wide so unfortunately when you have a shower the shower curtain keeps sticking to your body while you're trying to wash which annoyed me a lot, would a shower cubicle work better? Maybe. Didn't eat there in the evening, so can't comment about that. Breakfast first day very busy but be patient it is worth it, Great fry up, toast, cereal & fruit if you want it & plenty to drink hot & cold. Second morning straight in no queue all good, we didn't book a time slot. The car park could do with the Direction Lines on the ground painting again as you get lost which direction to go. Thank you so much for a great stay & we will see you again in the future.

Have stayed here several times, main attraction being the swimming pool. This time we received a complimentary upgrade from standard twin to superior treble - it was brilliant - so spacious - perfect for relaxing with the complimentary bottle of fizz.

I would rate my experience not poor but below average, we took a Paultons Park package and arrived around 4.30pm, getting into the car park was the first negative sign as the signage wasn’t clear and the floor directions was faded which lead many cars to go the wrong way the receptionist was very rushed in explaining everything even though we was the only guest at the desk, got to our room the size is really good size for a family of 4 but it was boiling hot with just a stand up fan to struggle to cool the room and a non working fridge so we didn’t stay in there long and went down to the swimming pool, the workers their were really nice and helpful but the jacuzzi was broken and the pool water was murky and cloudy, the size and depth was good, kids allowed only till 7 wasn’t ideal for late arriving family’s, the next day at breakfast we wanted to move tables as our was wobbly but the young lady wasn’t helpful even though their was empty family size tables around us she seemed stressed and not in control, you had couples sitting at 4 chair tables because they were by the windows, it was more out of control the following morning with even more guest waiting while tables weren’t cleared for ages, a very elderly demographic of guest and locals might have contributed to a bit of a of vibe around the place but the location and scenery is really nice and the beach front which as a small theme park is a surprisingly good thing we stayed extra few hours after check out for that, would I stay again ? Lack of real air conditioning is a huge problem in my opinion the only thing to draw me back would be as a base for Paultons Park and Seafront/Mini Theme Park on the Island.
