A very friendly, accomodating hotel, with lovely staff, clean rooms and great food. I would definitely stay there again

“Lovely hotel in a good location. Welcoming staff and good food.”
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food in the bar and restaurant was excellent and service was quick even though there was a big coach party there when we stayed. The breakfast was excellent.

There's an unpretentious, old-world charm (facilitated in part by the art-deco style in the public spaces) about the place. I liked it a lot.

The hotel is in a lovely location very close to the ferry and central in Douglas. The Hotel when we got there the staff were very friendly at reception any time we went to them. Breakfast was a buffet. The only issue I had was that the sausages were cheap and not too good. The selection was great … more
