Stayed for 4 nights in Apartment 4. Can’t fault the place. Very near the ferry terminal, the town and bus stops, with the steam train station just a few hundred yards away too. We arrived after the office was closed but the instructions for getting the keys were clear and there were no problems. The flat is spacious and well equipped with comfortable furniture, especially the beds! The website description is accurate in terms of the two flights of stairs to the flat and the spiral staircase inside so if either of these is likely to bother you, best book somewhere else. It has everything you need for a good stay in IOM.

“Lovely accommodation in a perfect location!”

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 4 (two adults, 12 & 10year old) the apartment was lovely and spacious, well equipped clean, extremely comfortable & modern yet so lovely and cosy all at the same time. The location in the marina was excellent a stones throw from lots of restaurant and cafes, as well as short walk to a supermarket. lovely staff in the office who were very welcoming & helpful in the booking process and on hand during our stay! We will 100% return and look forward to our next trip!

“A fabulous place to stay in the Isle of Man!”

We stayed in Apartment 2 as it was more accessible (lift access) for a family member. There was a plenty of room and storage in the apartment for the three of us. The bedroom was made up as a twin at our request and had two single beds which were generous in size and very comfortable. We had requested a guest bed in the living-room area for our third family member. The guest bed was much better than expected and had an adult man sleeping on it comfortably for the 4 nights we stayed. There was an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower off the bedroom and an extra bathroom with sink and toilet off the hallway which was an unexpected bonus. The facilities were great, the kitchen in particular was well equipped and we were given thoughtful extras that really helped like a carton of milk in the fridge on arrival, washing up liquid, cloths etc. The tray with tea, coffee and biscuits was a very welcome addition after a long day of travelling. The location of the apartments is fabulous having stayed in the Isle of Man several times in various places Waterfront Apartments really do have a big advantage in terms of location. The steam railway station is a stones throw away, the main bus terminus is just down the street, as is the ferry terminal. Shops, pubs and restaurants are literally on your doorstep. In this regard because you are in the centre of everything the road outside apartment 2 can be noisy especially if the windows are open in nice weather. However, this is more a reflection on the time of year we visited during the TT fortnight when there are more motorbikes on the island. It’s nothing some earplugs won’t sort out. Lastly, Tracy who arranged everything for us and who was a friendly face and very helpful both before and while we were there went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was the best it could be. I’m very grateful to her and would thoroughly recommend Waterfront Apartments based on our stay and the support from Tracy that we received.
