“Outstanding member of staff Dobrin”
Simply the best Premier Inn restaurant I’ve eaten at - food was very good indeed but also it’s immaculate and Dobrin is an outstanding member of staff - he couldn’t do enough - even offering us a couple of pints of water to take to the room. Thanks very much.

“Wonderful member of staff. DOBRIN!”
Stayed at the premier inn and it was ok. Went to the restaurant opposite and myself plus a colleague were served by Dobrin two weeks in a row. He is the most respectful and professional members of staff I have encountered. Would return just because of this member of staff.

“Nice quiet location”
Great location, quiet leafy spot on edge of Burnley - can walk into town but tbh we didn't find much there to recommend it. Great service from reception staff. We've always slept really well at Premier Inns in past but this bed wasn't the best for us, maybe they are using different mattresses now? … more

“Pleasant comfortable stay”
Premier Plus room worth the extra £10 although didn't need to use the air-conditioning. Wifi awkward as the code needed is emailed after check in and you need the Internet. Breakfast quite good in the restaurant, really needs a separate bar area. Plenty of free parking. Friendly man on reception wh… more
