Staybridge Suites is enviably located right on Keel Wharf, so you're never more than a stone's throw from all the central attractions and eateries on the docks. We stayed for a long weekend break (friday to monday) and found the hotel really comfortable, with a surprisingly well kitted out mini kitchen and very comfortable beds (even the fold-out that our teenage daughter had all to herself). A couple of things worth mentioning about the hotel 1) You get discount parking at the nearby Albert Dock multi-storey car park (the newer one with all the CCTV and gated access). It's well worth parking here if you plan not to use your car much during your stay as it's secure and very clean. Just ask the checkout at reception in the hotel for an invoice, show this at the car park and you'll get 3 nights parking for £36 instead of £54 2) We had one of the corner rooms on the 5th Floor. This overlooks the inner dock area and you get some great views across the city skyline. Was also very quiet up on the 5th floor so worth considering when you check in. 3) There was some building work going on at the development across the road from the hotel, and the new hotel going up next door. So again bear this in mind if you're staying during the week (no building work was going on over the weekend) The breakfast was pretty good, difficult to say what's the ideal time to arrive but as with all breakfast buffets, the earlier the better. There were some good hot breakfast options (usually eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, hash browns etc) and vegetarians can also ask for veggie sausages (not sure how quick you'd get them though). Other than that there's a full range of continental options to satisfy just about everyone. Coffee is from a bean to cup machine, and this gets busy. The room itself. Very well kitted out, nice large comfy bathroom (though our sink drained a bit slow and there was no loo brush). Room was very clean. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a hob, but no oven but even so we found it handy for quick meals and perfect for breakfast. Some drinks were supplied on the first day but we didn't get these topped up alas (but you can get drinks from the restaurant most of the time anyway). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Overall we think this is a great location if you're staying for more than one night, and the location really is fantastic.

“Don’t overlook this place”

This was our first visit and certainly won’t be our last ! It exceeded both of our expectations. Very , very clean (I am fussy) and was really pleased . Anything and everything you need is there but should you require anything , the staff are wonderful and helpful . The quality of the free break... more

Anything and everything you need is there but should you require anything , the staff are wonderful and helpful . The quality of the free breakfast was very surprisingly good - can’t wait for our next visit . Thank you Staybridge Suites , Liverpool .

“Fab service and fab hotel.”

Great hotel - amazing facilities and so close to city - docks lovely for bars restaurants and cafes. Also right beside ACC conference centre. Mark on reception was really fabulous, so helpful and friendly - thank you! Great to get fab service. I will return!
