Cosy and tidy place. Brill location in city centre. Staff guided where is what in town and where to park the car. Good place for family)) definitely will stay again when in Leicester. Great location, warm and cosy room, facilities. Everything was nice and clean ! Firendly staff :) There is a friendly atmosphere in the hotel. I stayed 4 nights and would absolutely chose it again.

“lovely stay”
Me and my Husband stayed at this beautiful bed&breakfast for two nights . We’ve booked kind size Room , Room was very modern , comfy bed and warm. The location is The best right in city Centre close to all restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!

It is a nice hotel, clean, spacious but management not really professional. One of them or both are polish and named was Anitte. Can't recall proper spelling. The way how they approached male guests was ambiguous and ridiculous. Simply they were flirting...
