“Innside”
Another great stay in a Townsend Suite. Sky Bar is wonderful. Breakfast ok. We ate at Gino's on the ground floor which was also terrific. Definitely our go to hotel in Liverpool.

“Perfect location”
Lovely staff, excellent breakfast and a general spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved it and it’s a must come back spot.

“Top city hotel. A must pick”
Top choice if your staying in the city. Great value for the room and the view we had. The hotel sky bar is fantastic and is a must. Fantastic location for the city centre. Can’t rate highly enough 5 out 5 👍👍👍👍👍

Overall experience was ok with a few negative issues. Room was spacious and very clean with nice touches of free drinks in the fridge.
