“Dont judge from front of hotel pic, comfy, good, clean hotel with great rooms and a great owner and Breakfast included.”
please don't judge this hotel from the front as looks are very deceiving. this is a very good, clean, and comfy hotel. 26 mins from Liverpool city centre, plenty of shops nearby Home Bargains a 3 min walk, Tesco express 3 min in car. “Brilliant”
I would seriously advise anybody to use this place to stay at, my partner and I stayed one night on the 13 april 2026, we cannot fault Dave (one of the owners), he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, the breakfast was good and the room was very clean, spacious and bed VERY comfortable… more

“Clean , comfortable and relaxing .”
I had a wonderful experience at the Liverview hotel. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, additionally the linen smelled beautiful. The breakfast was perfect made to my liking. David was an exceptional host. Definitely plan to return.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean, excellent location for the ferry & walks along the promenade. Breakfast was excellent and Dave was a fantastic host. Will definitely stay again!!!
