“Perfect for weekend trip with kids”
Very convenient hotel for weekend trip with the kids. Staff very helpful and friendly. Recently refurbished and room very nice and lobby a pleasant space. Perfect for exploring London. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. Overall good value.

“Much better than expected”
I stayed in many Holiday Inn’s around the world but this one was outstanding. It is very well located a few steps from the British Museum and not too far from Oxford street or Covent garden. “Unwarranted service charge”
I have visited your refurbished and lovely bar. Unfortunately I have been charged 12.5 % service charge each time I have ordered at the bar and brought my own drinks to my table. Is this normal??
