“An amazing experience in novotel Canary Wharf”
My stay at the novotel was Absolutely amazing. The view and the location of the hotel was genuinely fabulous. Canary wharf is a very Nice place. The staff was very welcoming but i have a special thanks to Loveness Austin who was very professional and nice to me and my familly.

“A kid friendly hotel, nice for couples too”
I really like the location of the hôtel, the center of London is easily accessible with the Jubilee, great view from the rooms and the restaurant, friendly staff at breakfast, especially Loveness. The pool is a bit cold for me, my son did not matter, a kids friendly hotel !

Our stay was almost perfect, just one small mishap. The overall look and vibe of the hotel was very cool, and the check-in very welcoming. “Breakfast and Reception”
The breakfast experience is good the staff on the 37th floor are very accomodating and suppotive most espacially the elderly white lady and Aline loveness but the recetion downstairs is average the hotel should provide portal that will assist to move luggages when checking in and out
