“Helpful staff”
Ibis budget hotel is so so BRILLIANT... NAOMI and Tracy helped me so much to get a taxi to the train station. I had no cash to pay for taxi and none would pay by card ...but Naomi suggested Uber ...expensive but better than walking with heavy luggage to the train station.

Definitely budget & no frills, in a twin roomfor 2 nights. one bed wasnt clean but the other was good, just me & the room was v reasonable, I was there for work. “Did the job but could have been better”
Room had everything we needed and they were happy to supply extra tea/milk at reception which is always nice. Room could do with a bit of a refurb as it was a bit dated decor wise but overall, it was clean and had everything you could want from an ibis budget.
