Lovely hotel great staff great location. I stayed for a week for work and couldn’t ask for more. I arrived early well before check in and the lovely lady on check in managed to sort a room for me and from there nothing seemed too much for any staff member. Ideally located for a nice walk into the city and a 20 minute walk to the titanic hotel. Breakfast each morning was cooked fresh and was lovely no complaints at all. The evening meals at the restaurant simply stunning and the bar menu was ideal for a simpler meal. Room was lovely and spacious and had a great view over the river. WiFi worked well and loved sitting at the window working away. Just wanted to congratulate the staff as each member I spoke to went above and beyond and made me feel very welcome so thank you

Having spent hundred and hundreds of nights in mid level and upscale properties over the past 25 years (mostly Marriott and Starwood hotels), I’ve come to be very particular in what separates good from great. I think this one qualifies as among the latter. Paula (General Manager of the AC Hotel Belfast) and her entire staff are to be commended! The reason I know her name is she stops to greet guests when she’s passing through the lobby and other public areas. Too often I’ve witnessed managers rushing about their hotels, insisting staff treat guests a certain way but rarely doing so themselves. Throughout our stay she continued to say hello and inquire about our accommodations and visits to the city. The front desk staff made us feel welcome right away. We were checked in, handed our keys, answered a few of our questions and provided a quick layout of the property in a matter of minutes. They were also available to assist with directions and ordering taxis when we needed. Most importantly, there was always someone at the front desk. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We faced the river and never heard any noise from the nearby motorway or neighboring rooms. Housekeeping was efficient, effective and responsive to our needs. We enjoyed the big fluffy towels, robes and slippers, and comfortable bed. The location is an easy walk or short taxi ride to the Titanic Belfast Museum, St. George’s Market and City Centre. Not only would we stay here again on future trips to Northern Ireland, we DEFINITELY will.

“Everything was fine until I spoke to the receptionist”

.We stayed for 5 nights and our room was very comfortable and spacious. On the 3rd night, my husband went into the shower, slipped, and fell flat on the floor. I wrote to the receptionist using the translator and gave her my phone to read. You should have seen her face; she was furious. She just said, "You need medical assistance. I'm sorry, and it's happened to several guests before, which is why there's a sticker before entering the shower." I apologized and told her we hadn't seen it. When I went upstairs to look for it, it's a transparent sticker on the upper right side of the shower glass. They really need to make sure it's in a visible place and take it seriously. My husband hit his cheekbone, chin, and ribs. The most unpleasant thing was the way the receptionist spoke to me. Today, I asked if I could have a piece of candy, and she just looked at me again and said, "Yeah, yeah." A truly unfriendly, dismissive, and rude attitude.
