“Fantastic Front Desk”
The hotel itself is fine. Good location with the rooms being a little tired. The reason was the high score was the to commend the staff at the front desk who were working under immense pressure to integrate what appeared to be a new software system. “Amazing customer service”
We stayed in holiday inn belfast the staff were lovely Rosie on reception was very welcoming & the manager Jeanette dealt with a very small issue very quickly both are a credit to the company the hotel was spotless well maintained great hotel all round
