I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Leonardo Hotel Belfast! The staff were incredibly welcoming.The location couldn't be more perfect—it’s right in the city centre, making it incredibly easy to walk to the Grand Opera House, City Hall and bus stops if you want to visit Titanic museum or Belfast Castle. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Despite being so central, the room was remarkably quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. we booked it through Secret Escapes, so late check out and free bottle of prosecco was a nice edition. I will definitely reccomend this hotel if you plan trip to Belfast

“Perfect city location”

Great city hotel very centrally located and within short walking distance of Grand Central Station The rooms were spotless with everything needed for your stay. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Very convenient parking at the back of hotel in a multi story car park.

I stayed here for two nights on a work trip with two colleagues, and we were all impressed with the hotel. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. My room on the fifth floor had a lovely view overlooking the green space next to the historic building, which was a nice bonus. The complimentary bottles of water and KitKats in the fridge were a thoughtful touch, and I also appreciated having an espresso machine, along with a generous selection of tea and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well. Breakfast offered an excellent choice of hot and cold options, with something to suit everyone. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It's within easy walking distance of the bus station and city centre, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The bar was comfortable and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. My only minor criticisms are that check-in took quite a while because we arrived at the same time as a large tour group, resulting in a long queue. In addition, there were a few stains on the bedroom carpet and some small patches of mould in the bathroom grout. Neither issue spoiled my stay, but they are signs that the hotel should keep a close eye on its housekeeping standards to maintain the high quality expected. One aspect I wasn't keen on was the refillable bathroom toiletries. While I understand that they are more environmentally friendly and help reduce single-use plastic, I personally prefer individually sealed toiletries. Sealed bottles provide reassurance that the contents haven't been contaminated or tampered with by previous guests, giving greater confidence in their hygiene. Fortunately, I had brought my own toiletries with me. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay. The spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, convenient location and friendly staff far outweighed the few minor issues. I would happily stay here again on a future visit.

We love the Leonardo hotel in Glasgow so decided to book Leonardo for our Belfast trip. This is nowhere near as nice as the Glasgow one and appears less luxurious in comparison. We love the Leonardo hotel in Glasgow so decided to book Leonardo for our Belfast trip. This is nowhere near as nice as the Glasgow one and appears less luxurious in comparison. It was very central though and overall, it was clean and met our needs for our one night stay. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room (and the cleaners gave us more when we asked) but there was no mini fridge to keep our water cool which would have been good. Unfortunately our room did not have air conditioning so the room was far too warm, even with the window open. There was a floor standing fan in the room but it lacked power and did not make the room cool at all. It was also thick with dust! The shower was over the bath, only one main shower head, which was not adjustable and a shower curtain rather than a screen, which we felt was quite dated.
