Very underwhelming experience. We upgraded to the club deluxe and the samson suite as we were celebrating my partners birthday. Rooms dingy, rock hard bed and bed clothing. Visited Malmaison for a birthday meal for my wife. Food was excellent! “All fab - except the housekeeping.”
Booked a couple of nights for a 25 year works reunion. Stayed in a Club Deluxe which had plenty of space but lacked that typical Malmaison “feel”. The housekeeping was awful.
