What a wonderful holiday, not a dull moment in my 5 night stay ! Hotel a breathtaking furnished Georgian mansion centre piece in an absolutely beautiful parkland. Excellent staff, always attentive ! I loved atmosphere and menu at Brasserie 32, Daytime activities, so many to choose from and as for the evening entertainments, they were worth the price of the holiday alone ! International stars all 5 nights included, without having to travel miles. Silent disco's until 3-00am, I couldn't just make all of it. Thankyou for the experience Warner's. !!!

Throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. We treated ourselves to a mansion room and stayed in a large superior room called Hampton. Couldn’t fault our room, very spacious, beautifully decorated and the coffee machine was a lovely bonus. There isn’t however a lift in the mansion itself and whilst the stairs were not a problem for me it would have been nice to have a porter available to help get the suitcases up to the room. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Special shout out to Regina who was particularly jolly and always had time for everyone. We have been to several Warners over the years and I have to say that the evening entertainment was the best we have seen. Now for why I have given 4 and not 5 stars - firstly we went with my Mother. Her room had a large hole in the wall and mould. When I went to reception I was advised that there were no other rooms, so I asked to speak to a manager. While the receptionist was away from her desk I heard, over the walkie talkie that had been left on the desk, that the room had been condemned and should have been assigned to anyone. When they found out I had overheard this conversation another room miraculously became available. The grounds are enormous but could do with some seating around for people who want to explore. Some areas could also do with tidying up. All in all a throughly enjoyable stay

Heythrop house is without doubt the most luxurious property in Warners portfolio, A truly wonderful old mansion with wonderful gardens and a Top 18 hole golf course. Lots of amazingly decorated rooms and restaurants to cater for every taste. Each area is fairly spread out but easily attainable ( some people with mobility issues may struggle ) The main theatre is one of the best in any of the Warners we have been to. The Spa and swimming pool is brilliant with the added bonus of 2 outside heated Spa's. The staff in all areas were polite and friendly and top notch. Now for our room. We stayed in the main building The Mansion Our room 414 was so huge and very elegant with a massive bathroom with bath and shower probably the best room we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hundreds. Everything was replenished to the best quality every day. There is one negative ( reducing the rating by 1 star ) The car parking for the Mansion is up by the Golf driving range and quite a long walk with cases to the hotel entrance. Although you can drop off outside. Overall its an amazing hotel and would definitely come here again.
