“Superb”
Reception and bar staff were very polite and helpful. Room were large and very comfortable. Very close to the train station, shops restaurants and bars/clubs. Looking forward to our next stay in Novotel reading.......................

“Very accommodating staff and excellent swimming pool!”
I've been to the Novotel Reading Centre 3 times with the family now, and we've always enjoyed it, especially the kids. Highlight is the heated indoor swimming pool which we all loved. “Business stay in Reading”
It was pouring with rain so arrived wet through. Hind checked me in at the speed of light and got me to my room quickly. That was really appreciated - thank you. She knew I had all the pertinent information and where I could go for more if I needed it.

“Overnight Stay”
Great value for money, with friendly and very helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed, which was an overnight stay due to an event outside of Reading. “Lovely hotel”
Hotel itself is very modern and bedroom was very clean. We couldn’t find car park so we call reception and gentlemen was very helpful with directions.
