“A lovely experience!”
re my stay on Thur 7 May A lovely experience! Big comfy room with lovely bed and big TV! Great to have temp control too and a lovely on site Beefeater restaurant! “Perfect location and view.”
By the River adjacent to Train Station, V&A and Discovery. River view although the window was small - floodgates at entrance a clue perhaps as to why. “Disappointing levels of cleanliness in the bathroom”
Bathroom floor had not been cleaned, damp in the skirting boards, flaking paint and damp on the roof and black mould in the shower, very disappointing for what was a once spotless hotel that I have stayed in many times before. Even the bin in the bathroom was rusty.
