“Best day ever!!”
Everything was 100% exceptional, from the reception girls to housekeeping team, they did a magnific job, was my first time in Edinburgh but felt like I was home

“Hot and noisy”
Overall good, great location, friendly staff. No A/C, but the 5am garbage pick-up wakes you up and too noisy with the windows open.

Perfect location, asked for quiet room not castle facing as heard its more noisier and we had no issues from outside, obv we heard the cleaners going round in morning as doors open close alot, and some early breakfast guests, room very clean and shortbread and biscuits ,hot chocolate, biscuits rep… more

“Scotland Visit”
Rooms were very warm without air conditioning. Difficult to locate fan near window to draw in cooler air ( lack of nearby electrical outlets). Bath tub way too high and difficult to enter and exit.
