Location: This hotel is located in the east of Edinburgh, around 15 min away from the centre. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues are all located in the neighbourhood. “Short Break”
The hotel was a short walk from the seafront. Pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. The rooms were very good and comfortable. Good value for money. Only negative was, they advertise EV charging, this was difficult to access due to staff using it all day.

Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast. Buses direct from Waverley station and not far from Portobello beach. There was also a useful leaflet about getting to local attractions and local supermarkets.

“Disappointing but well located for city centre”
Well located for bus into city centre, reception nicely refurbished. Our room was very hot but a squeaky fan was provided. Shower leaked onto floor from the screen.
