“A superb two day stay.”
We had a wonderful two day stay. The staff were very attentive and caring and the atmosphere reflected that. Our room was extremely spacious and the bed superbly comfortable and enormous.

“Comfortablr”
Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast. Buses direct from Waverley station and not far from Portobello beach. There was also a useful leaflet about getting to local attractions and local supermarkets.

“Disappointing but well located for city centre”
Well located for bus into city centre, reception nicely refurbished. Our room was very hot but a squeaky fan was provided. Shower leaked onto floor from the screen. Pint of Tennents in the bar was warm and the breakfast was vile. Some of the staff made it obvious they did not want to be there. … more

Fire alarm regularly goes off at night. Whole place could do with a refurb but it’s cheap for reason. Restaurant isn’t too bad.
