“Not good enough”
Stayed a couple of nights in March but had to move since the fire alarm system did not work and occupancy not allowed. Hotels.com did not manage to find alternative in central Edinburgh but owner helped me find room in nearby B&B. Nice hotel, nice staff but obviously something is not quite right.

“Adequate but wouldn't stay here again.”
Location is out of the central area by about 2kms, but it is just down the road from Leith and harbour area. There is a bus service that runs right past the accommodation.
