Beautiful hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. All expectations surpassed. Staff couldn't have been better. Rooms,decor,food all top class. Would certainly return.

“Poor standard”
There were 2 issues during our stay, the most important issue was the bed. It was definitely old and overused, was lumpy and both sides of the queen bed was depressed.
