“Your staff is exceptional”
Exceptional service by the staff to assist in a missing luggage situation. I’m just an “average” guest with no BonVoy status, the professionalism and courtesy extended to me by Adam at the front desk the morning of 11 July was amazing. Thanks Adam!

“it was ok”
Location was ok - down towards Leith so a few blocks u hill to Princes St and the center of the Royal Mile. Our room was in the back so it was quiet. Strangely, we had little control over our room temp - the front desk controlled the heat (or no heat). We where there in changable weather so one … more

“Poor standard”
There were 2 issues during our stay, the most important issue was the bed. It was definitely old and overused, was lumpy and both sides of the queen bed was depressed.
