“Good budget short stay hotel”
Really helpful staff, dropped our bags on the first morning without an issue and went back later to check in and go to our room. Clean and adequate rooms, decent breakfast .

“Convenient location near train station and old town.”
Good value stay in a great location — just a 10‑minute walk from Waverley Station, even with trolley luggage it’s an easy route. Rooms are simple and the shower is a bit small, but being right by the Old Town and Royal Mile makes it a convenient base for exploring Edinburgh
