“Fab Hotel”
Stayed here with hubby & Hotel was great. Bed was best we have slept in ...Breakfast was good & staff very helpful. Walking distance to Princes Street & handy for Usher Hall. Will definitely return. Nice pubs & restaurants nearby.

“Good hotel with car park facility”
It was a good hotel with reasonably good rooms as compared to UK Standards. Old town is just about 10-15 minutes walk away. The hotel has its own car park and parking rate id 10 GBP per day.

“Spacious & generous”
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Our room was very spacious with more than enough storage space. The complimentary body wash and lotions smell amazing and the beds are comfortable. “Good base for Edinburgh exploring”
We stayed here for 3 nights. The location for the City Centre is not bad with about a 20-30 minute walk to most attractions or a tram or bus from the end of the road. The room we had was big and faced on to the road, the noise was minimal and no problem sleeping. Shame the bed was 2 pushed together… more
