“Lovely hotel.”
Just stayed here for one night for the deacon blue concert, lovely place ,friendly staff, very clean,and a decent price,will definitely stay here again.

“Good location”
Unbeatable location, comfortable rooms! The lift was a bit of a task for our large group (21 people), but we managed both ways. I'd definitely stay here again if I was visiting Edinburgh. Nice and quiet room, just what you want in a city.

Compact clean room. Great location! Nice staff. Some things not working: toilet (transferred rooms), safe and a light that would not turn off all night.

“Brilliant location. Room basic.”
Brilliant location. Opposite Waverley train station and the Balmoral Hotel. Reception and bar area very nice and peaceful. Our room was very small and basic with tiny shower room. Lacking in storage space, sockets and mirrors.
