Stayed whilst attending a conference and would highly recommend. Staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Arrived early to leave my bags and was warmly greeted and able to check in earlier than stated. The bar and lounge are lovely with great views of Edinburgh, could happily sit and watch the day go by at the window seats! Breakfast was good with a decent selection and again, great staff. Also, felt very safe as a solo female. Will be visiting again on next stay in Edinburgh.

Location is excellent and the bar is pretty and comfortable. But the rooms are basic and closer to a budget hotel than a 3 star. Plastic beakers for your tea and coffee. No shampoo or conditioner just hair/body wash, debris on the carpet where it wasn't vacuumed, one bin in the bathroom, no iron and ironing board, no clip hangers for suit trousers, WiFi poor and the desk too low to use for long with a laptop. This was a business trip so if you're on vacation then these things probably wouldn't matter so much. £439 for 2 nights with no breakfast is not good value for money. There is a room safe plus hair dryer and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, especialmente pela Cameron, que foi extremamente atenciosa e cordial durante nossa estadia. O café da manhã é excelente, com ótima variedade e qualidade. A localização do hotel também é perfeita, facilitando muito os passeios pela cidade. O único ponto que não nos agradou foi o travesseiro, que era extremamente duro e pouco confortável. Acreditamos que esse seja um aspecto que pode ser melhorado para tornar a experiência ainda mais completa. No geral, recomendamos muito o Motel One Princess e certamente nos hospedaríamos novamente. **My husband and I stayed at Motel One Princess in Dublin from February 10th to 13th, and we had a truly wonderful experience. We were very well taken care of, especially by Cameron, who was extremely attentive and kind throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. The hotel’s location is also perfect, making it very convenient to explore the city. The only aspect that did not fully meet our expectations was the pillow, as it was extremely firm and not very comfortable. We believe this is something that could be improved to make the experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend Motel One Princess and would definitely stay there again.
