“Excellent service from Michael”
We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the amazing Michael at check-in. He couldn’t do enough for us and is a total asset to the Hotel. He should be a customer service manager for the whole Hotel group. Our room was perfect and breakfast delicious. Wonderful day and thank you again Jane and family

The outside is impressive. The public areas (lobby, reception, lifts etc) were impressive.... the rooms however leave a lot to be desired. All the finishes are rough.
