“Nice place to stay :)”
Great stay! Bed was nice but only one pillow on each bed and my neck was aching! There is a fridge, microwave and kettle provided also tea and coffee but I reccomend taking food with you or buying some from the Tesco across the road! It wasn't anything fancy but it was just the basic things we need… more

“Great location clean Victorian house”
Clean , great location beautiful old house on a budget. Great location and easy to get around on trams, buses. Bus stop outside and trams at the foot of the walk 5 mins. Easy self service check in. Spacious rooms and easy to get in.

“Tired but acceptable for price”
After reading so many bad reviews I was dreading the stay however, was pleasantly surprised! We were a party of 10 (2 lots of 5 in 2 rooms) one lot in room 20 on the ground floor & the rest of us in room 9 in the attic, 3 flights of stairs up! No lifts so be prepared to carry suitcases up!
