“Overall a positive experience”
Overall, we had a good experience. The room was clean, the location was near the train, and the WiFi was good. The check-in process, though, was not great. “Lovely hotel but rude staff.”
Great location, clean and just what you'd expect from a Premier Inn...but wow, the staff are the rudest I've ever known.
