“Great 👍🙂”
Great location right next to the Royal Mile & near the railway station. Staff helpful and friendly. Family room 514 had a great view (see photo) Breakfast was good. 'Public' areas looked nice and were clean. You can get a reduction on the Railway station car parking charge.

“Short stay”
Great location short walk to the royal mile and waverly station. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms need updating flakey paint and damaged furniture. Veneer peeling off desk in room. Toilet role dispenser is the same as in a public toilet and not toilet role. Breakfast was good with a great choice.
