“Great Experience”
Stayed here on Thursday 21st May. Had a beautiful room very spacious. Very happy with everything and the food was very good. All staff I met were very polite and helpful. A big thank you to Sandra on reception for helping me with a fan in my room..very nice lady. She is a credit to the company!

Another great stay at this hotel! Got our top floor room which is brilliant as always! Staff fantastic as always ! Breakfast yummy room very good 👍 10/10 for everything! 😁

“Great Hotel but customer service not the best”
Hotel facilities are excellent - the rooms are very well appointed, typically good Premier Inn quality, and the shower in my ground floor room was the most powerful shower I think I have ever had! “Simple”
Good location with a tram station in front of the building. Simple breakfast. Don't get there before 3 pm, because Check-in starts strictly at that time.
