“Yanks conquer Edinburgh”
Great location, very nice, helpful staff. We book 2 rooms for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to 2 full one bedroom apartments.

“Perfect in every way”
We travel to Edinburgh once or twice per year, but since we discovered the Rutland Hotel, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. “Superb accommodation in a great location”
We absolutely loved this place and stayed in a fantastic apartment. It's in a great location right next to loads of attractions, cafe's & restaurants and yet the room was incredibly quiet too. Topped off with superb staff and excellent customer service, especially Gill......thank you!
