“2 day business stay - Repeat visit”
The hotel and staff are great as usual. In particular the restaurant staff were amazing. I watched them engage with everyone. Very chatty and approachable. I hadnt had a great day, they were super friendly and lovely girls, went a long way. Great steak too. Thank you 😊

“Nice but don't bother eating here.”
Nice comfortable rooms, well furnished with good space in terms of shelves, etc. Clean, exactly what you would expect from Holiday inn. The bathroom is very small and the towels are super hard. This is an older hotel. I probably noticed it more in terms of how long the lifts take etc as last week … more

“Good”
Lovely staff, great location, clean but breakfast was always slightly over cooked and beds were very small for doubles and quite a solid mattress. But would stay again

We booked a meeting room and lunch for a recent Manager meeting. Room was perfect. Staff were nice and helpful. Lunch was shocking. The same horrible soup we complained about two weeks previously.
