“Inverness East - a bit lacklustre”
The self check in was not working and we had to wait for a staff member to arrive to be able to check in. “Poor Management in restaurant, hotel comfortable”
The restaurant needs to be more sorted. We were staying at the hotel & asked to book a table for Sunday evening for the Roast/Carvery and we're told they couldn't guarantee there would be any left, due to the busy lunches.
