“A great find.”
Position is first class with town centre 2 mins walk away. Ok, it's not the owners fault regarding the parking. That's the local council. Lovely experience at Roseneath Guest House. Adrian was a super-host & very friendly. We arrived without a booking after fleeing accommodation we had booked & paid for so it was all go. We arrived at Roseneath Guesthouse to find the owner in a froth. We had made the reservation months ago and in the interim we had received a new card with a new expiratory date. “Clean, Conveniently Located.”
Clean, conveniently located near town in quiet neighbourhood. Proprietor was amiable. Bathroom renovated in recent years with a good shower.Bedroom basic and with limitations on things like hangers, towels.Breakfast available in nearby guesthouse as optional extra but not taken.
