“A great find.”
Position is first class with town centre 2 mins walk away. Ok, it's not the owners fault regarding the parking. That's the local council. “Roseneath is a must do!”
We stayed May 23. Andy made us very welcome, the room was very well prepared for our early arrival. Great location, 5 mins walk to River Ness Bridge and another 5 mins walk to Inverness city centre. Lovely experience at Roseneath Guest House. Adrian was a super-host & very friendly. We arrived without a booking after fleeing accommodation we had booked & paid for so it was all go. “Clean, Conveniently Located.”
Clean, conveniently located near town in quiet neighbourhood. Proprietor was amiable. Bathroom renovated in recent years with a good shower.Bedroom basic and with limitations on things like hangers, towels.Breakfast available in nearby guesthouse as optional extra but not taken.
