“Family holiday”
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Kenmore Club. It did help that the weather was fantastic. We were met on arrival by helpful pleasant staff and Janice is exceptional. We were told 1 of the shower rooms were out of order and offered another apartment but it had a smaller balcony… more

“A little too rigid on rules”
We did not feel so welcome at this hotel compared to the others on our 3 plus week visit. Although it sits at a nice location our first impression at check in was not great.
