“Perfect.”
Very welcoming. Up some stairs. Handrails and equally spaced stairs. Room a good size. Very clean. Opening windows. Fan supplied. Fridge in room. Breakfast included. It was good. On road parking. Bluebadge parking outside hotel. Highly recommended. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

“A warm welcome & comfortable stay”
We stayed in one of the small cottages in the old stable block to the rear of the hotel beyond the lovely beer garden. “Balmoral hotel moffat”
Superb place to stay and eat. Staff are very friendly. Food is excellent. Try the omelette. Absolutely superb, best omelette I have ever tasted.

“SAD”
I had a lovely weekend in Moffat except for weather ☹️went into the balmoral for lunch on Sunday 15th March and the food was lovely but the let down was about 10yards there was someone vaping right in front of all the staff!!! That’s disgusting put me off going back again what a shame
