“Caledonian Travel tour”
I was there last week on holiday with Caledonian Travel and the staff were all very Welcoming and Friendly the meals and the rooms were very good. If you were going into the town it was only a 5 minute drive.

We love this hotel. The staff always try to do their best for us and we are treated like old friends. Had stopped going to Britannia hotels as found them pretty rundown visited the Waterside for an overnight stay as part of Loch Lomond Travel coach trip. “Ok”
Place seemed a bit haphazard . Food was ok. Room really tired with mismatched furniture. Carpets stained. I asked to be moved as I was through the wall from the lift.
