Situated in Portree’s main Somerled Square we called into the hotel for a drink after our walk around the town and harbour. It is within walking distance of everything in town. “Charm in a spectacular part of the world”
The Portree is a welcoming hotel, with excellent staff, charming rooms and good food. Also in a great location! Mary and Tanya at reception were so friendly and helpful and made the stay feel extra special.

“The best food and service!!”
Wow!! We have just had the best meal ever!! Salmon and scallops and the chicken with haggis! We are staying here for 3 days and we have had the best service. From the girls on reception to waiting staff you couldn’t ask for better x We will definitely be back

“A lovely hotel!”
We were touring around so were only staying the one night, which is why we booked here in the centre of town with a large car park opposite.
