I've stayed at EasyHotel a couple times in the past, usually just for one night, but I recently stayed for two and utilised the hotel a lot more. Is it a 5-star hotel? No. But when you're paying £40 a night, it's everything you need it to be - comfortable bed, clean, nice rooms. And I had incorrectly assumed that customer service would be one of the sacrifices made for such a low pricepoint, but I have been consistently proved wrong. The reception team have always been lovely - warm, welcoming, and quick to rectify any issues I've ever had. I had a very minor maintenance issue, and Shannon on the desk was quick to offer me 1pm checkout - which was such a wonderful compensation for an issue that really didn't impact me much at all. Shannon herself was warm, friendly and personable - as was another staff member who's name I didn't get (he had ginger hair), who has checked me in a couple times in the past. I'm very grateful that a hotel like this exists, because it allows me an opportunity to stay in Cardiff when other hotel prices would have priced me out of the city.

“Really enjoyed my stay”

Staff were very polite and helpful especially Louis and Shannon,Room was big enough very Clean and bed was comfortable plus free WiFi Great value for the price

I have been to many hotels in my life time. Lucky this one was available to get last minute as the other hotel let us down yesterday morning. We went to see good old Jeff Dunham. Great place, but the nearest parking was £25 😞😞 but the hotel is basic and I was in accessable as in a wheelchair. That bloody bed is one the best I ever slept in!!! My husband normally snores but didn't . Free WiFi is a bonus and the staff were great. The lady one who couldn't find me on the system got my approval that this place is better than zip Cardiff. (No offence premier inn) But I think easy hotel are onto something. Even the pillows were cosy. And U get air con or heat. I did have someone trying to get into my room who was faced with a very angry me. He kept apologising. But yeah, well happy to come back here. If you want somewhere to rest the night, this is the place. I also love Wales and it's like my second home so listening to the accent is a bonus

Located just outside the centre of Cardiff the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and quick. Located just outside the centre of Cardiff the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and quick. Room was small with a bed, TV and a tine area to hang clothes. The shower are was clean and just about big enough. It was great for one night on my own but I’m not sure I could stay for more than that or with somebody else.
