​I stayed here last night ahead of a 9:00 AM exam, having traveled from London to Cardiff by bus on the 17th, and it was absolutely perfect for what I needed. ​When looking for accommodation, easyHotel was the obvious choice for balancing affordability and quality, and it definitely delivered. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable—the bed was amazing, the TV was a great addition, and the ensuite shower had perfect water pressure and temperature. ​What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. When I asked where I could do some last-minute exam preparation, they kindly offered to let me study right in the reception area. ​A special shoutout to Arjun on reception, who was fantastic. I have two more stays booked here coming up, and he went above and beyond by offering to arrange the exact same room for my next visits to make things as convenient as possible for me. ​With just a short walk into the city center, the location is ideal. It’s a great hotel, reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cardiff!

I've stayed at EasyHotel a couple times in the past, usually just for one night, but I recently stayed for two and utilised the hotel a lot more. Is it a 5-star hotel? No. But when you're paying £40 a night, it's everything you need it to be - comfortable bed, clean, nice rooms. And I had incorrectly assumed that customer service would be one of the sacrifices made for such a low pricepoint, but I have been consistently proved wrong. The reception team have always been lovely - warm, welcoming, and quick to rectify any issues I've ever had. I had a very minor maintenance issue, and Shannon on the desk was quick to offer me 1pm checkout - which was such a wonderful compensation for an issue that really didn't impact me much at all. Shannon herself was warm, friendly and personable - as was another staff member who's name I didn't get (he had ginger hair), who has checked me in a couple times in the past. I'm very grateful that a hotel like this exists, because it allows me an opportunity to stay in Cardiff when other hotel prices would have priced me out of the city.

Location is a flat, approx 10minute walk from Queens Street. Met with smiley faces and courteous staff 🙂. Shannon was very efficient, helpful and accommodating. We stayed here after a 35 k concert and expected to hear some hustle & bustle from the streets but there was none. Rooms although being very basic and small, the beds and pillows were comfy, had an inset in the wall with a few hangers, shower & toilet room, hand & body wash provided, towels and linen were clean, so was the whole room, plenty of sockets and usb chargers, tv with working remote. Apart from no tea/coffee facility what more do u want for a cheap over night stay close to the city.. awesome.. would definitely use this hotel again.
