“Upgraded room and decorated room”
We had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel in Cardiff!! Staff were attentive and welcoming as well as accommodating our needs. We also got an upgraded room and a decorated room for our anniversary. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again.

“VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOCATION”
I did wonder on arrival why they would show a 4 star food hygiene sticker on the door if they haven't got 5 stars. Guests will wonder what is lacking. No problem with parking, very secure.
