“Gentleman’s afternoon tea”
Booked the gentleman's afternoon tea for my sisters 40th birthday in the Laguna restaurant! Omar was fantastic, he made an already enjoyable experience 10 times better. He made us laugh, took photos for us and checked in to see if we were doing okay several times!! Thanks Omar

The hotel itself was perfectly adequate for our needs (central, clean, good bed and peaceful), although the interior design is a little soulless. It really needs the hard edges softening - colour, paintings, flowers, cushions on sofas etc. The highlight for us was Omar who was managing breakfast. H… more
