“Silent night”
Excellent position in the city centre. Quiet, comfortable and a great nights sleep. Black mold in the shower was a let down but otherwise a great stay.

“Nice but always to warm.”
Quite a nice Hotel, Staff all really nice and friendly, all clean and tidy. I do try to avoid Premier Inns if possible as they are always to hot and air-con stuck on hot. No change there, to hot all night. It’s 10 degs outside. Can’t open window.

Great location for Cardiff Utilita Arena and city centre. Friendly bar staff, easy check in but only one lift was working and stairs so dimly lit I almost kept tripping on the stairs. Windows were filthy, beds vety uncomfortable and cleaning wasn't the best. OK for the 3 nights we were there but … more
